As our Manager of Office Services and Premises, Naomi leads the teams in Central Services, Reception, Host Services and Records Management and ensures the smooth operation of back end processes.
Naomi joined the firm in 2014 after spending several years working in legal recruitment. Her background afforded her a unique understanding of the law firm environment, and the administrative experience to keep things organized. Under the direction of the COO, she manages large scale premises projects. Her education in the Human Resources area also helps her to work effectively with her teams.
Naomi has a BA from UVic, a Diploma in Human Resources from BCIT, is a CPHR, and is pursuing a GDBA from Simon Fraser University. She is also the President of the British Columbia Legal Management Association.Download PDF
