Communication is how relationships start and end, and without productive relationships, businesses cannot succeed. Parvinder recognizes this correlation between strong communication and corporate success. Her ability to distill complex legal concepts into clear business solutions that address both the human and commercial element is why our clients trust Parvinder to achieve their goals.

She cuts to the core of our clients’ needs and produces a product that meets them. Realizing that clients are part of the solution, she listens to them with an awareness to analyze information and transform it into positive action on their behalf.

Parvinder respects our developer clients’ commitment to shaping beautiful communities. She mirrors their dedication by also contributing to corporate and community growth.

Having completed an undergraduate degree in political science, Parvinder has insight into all three levels of the Canadian government and how each of them intersects with community building. She also practiced previously with a boutique municipal law firm in Vancouver that had the largest municipal client base in British Columbia. Here, she learned the ins and outs of the municipal world.

Parvinder volunteered in human rights law in Johannesburg, South Africa as part of the Canadian Bar Association’s Young Lawyers International Program, where she worked alongside world-renowned human rights lawyer, George Bizos. She also sits on the board of directors of West Coast Leaf, a legal non-profit organization that promotes gender equality.

Not only have these experiences given Parvinder a more humane perspective on the world, they have also allowed her to engage in the inner operations of high-level institutions as well as table transactions from both a municipal and developer standpoint. She is better able to address our clients’ all-around business needs because of this cross-disciplinary experience.

A problem solver at-heart, Parvinder does not shy away from a challenge. She is always there, willing to jump in, carry burdens and achieve goals for our clients. She recognizes that she takes on a huge responsibility for our clients and, thus, makes them a priority, helping them be legally efficient in making their footprint on the history of Vancouver and British Columbia.
