Sherri joined Clark Wilson in 1989 and has over three decades of progressive professional experience within the legal industry, including 26 years as an Employment and Labour Law Paralegal, working on wrongful dismissals, human rights, and various arbitration cases.
As our Director of Human Resources, Sherri oversees our legal support and shared services teams of over 175 people. By drawing upon her years of first-hand experience as a legal professional and in people management, Sherri is able to develop holistic human resource strategies that focus on employee well-being and engagement.
Sherri and her department are responsible for initiatives related to recruitment, professional growth, employee retention and engagement, as well as compensation and benefits. She provides tactical leadership to attract, retain, and develop a team of people that can be their best each and every day.
Since 2018, she has spearheaded Clark Wilson’s efforts in achieving our organization’s Great Place To Work® certifications and suite of Best Workplace™ designations, the process which enables us to attract candidates that align with our culture and core values.Download PDF
