As the Collections & Billings Manager, Tiago is responsible for improving the collections process to make payment solutions as efficient as possible for our clients.

Tiago joined Clark Wilson in 2023 with almost a decade of experience in collections and credit risk management in Canada and his native Brazil. He has held roles at major organizations in the energy and logistics industries and has routinely handled multi-million-dollar portfolios.

In all of his roles, Tiago has prioritized understanding the needs of his clients to help them with their payment needs. At Clark Wilson, he appreciates the opportunity to work directly with our clients and the ability to see the impact of his team’s work on the firm’s success.

Tiago is an alumnus of Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s degree in production engineering. He was also a lecturer on production engineering at Candido Mendes University for more than eleven years. Tiago’s engineering background equips him with an analytical mindset which helps him identify opportunities to improve and streamline payment processes.
