We’re delighted to have welcomed four new lawyers to the firm this May. Megan Young joined the firm earlier this month, while Adrienne Adams, Kyle Gough, and Manveer Sall recently became associates at the firm after articling with us.

Megan brings her litigation experience to our growing Indigenous Law and Business Litigation groups. Her practice includes representing clients in complex Indigenous rights, title and governance issues, treaty claims, Indigenous consultation and negotiation, and environmental law matters.

Adrienne is the newest member of our Private Company Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Succession groups. She assists our clients with succession planning and the sale and acquisition of privately owned companies in a range of industries.

Kyle joins our Capital Markets, Securities, Mergers & Acquisitions group where he assists the team with projects involving mergers and acquisitions, reverse takeovers, financings, and other capital market transactions.

Manveer also joins our Capital Markets, Securities, Mergers & Acquisitions group. His work includes assisting companies from a range of industries with their strategic goals. In particular, he works on financings, public offerings, and related transactions and documentation.
