As a dedicated and experienced member of the Corporate Services department, Jessica takes pride in providing optimal service and results for our clients.

Jessica understands the power and impact of words. She is dedicated to supporting our lawyers in preparing thoughtfully drafted legal documents that help clients achieve their present business objectives while providing for future contingencies.

With over 14 years of paralegal experience, Jessica assists our clients with a wide range of corporate matters, including incorporations, amalgamations, capital alterations, corporate reorganizations, and corporate records compliance with applicable legislation. Additionally, Jessica’s portfolio includes extensive experience servicing limited partnerships, including forming and maintaining these entities.
