Estate and trust matters can be deeply personal and often complex—Braeden helps clients navigate them with clarity and care.

Braeden works with our Estates & Trusts group, supporting clients with estate and incapacity planning, estate administration, and estate litigation. He brings over 16 years of experience in the field, including more than a decade as a designated paralegal before being called to the bar.

Known for his practical insight and calm approach, Braeden advises clients on a wide range of issues, from complex estate plans to disputed wills and trust variations. His work often involves blended families, incapacity concerns, and trust administration challenges. He practices out of both our Vancouver and Kelowna offices.

A full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP), Braeden currently serves as Chair of STEP Canada’s Okanagan Chapter. He frequently contributes to the legal profession as a CLEBC faculty member, co-author of the CLEBC Probate and Estate Administration Practice Manual, co-author of British Columbia Estate Litigation, and speaker on estate and trust issues.

Braeden holds a J.D. from the University of Victoria and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Okanagan College.
