Valerie Dixon and Richard Weiland of our Wealth Preservation Group will be speaking at a seminar presented by the Canadian Bar Association on January 25, 2012, titled Changing Dynamics for Executors. Valerie and Richard will be joined by Scott Dalton, CEO of ERAssure, to discuss the changing legal landscape for executors in wills and estates matters. The seminar will review leading common law and statutory liabilities for executors, and discuss some useful tools and best practices for reducing executor and personal liability.
