Clark Wilson acted for Alpha Peak Leisure Inc. (TSXV: AAP) in completing its TSXV Qualifying Transaction, which involved major international investment banks such as Citigroup Global Markets Asia Ltd., UBS Securities Canada Inc., Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank. Immediately prior to closing the Qualifying Transaction, the Company closed a brokered subscription receipt private placement for gross proceeds of $15,039,601.20. The resulting issuer operates Swallows’ Gully Scenic Area, a national scenic tourism destination in Sichuan, China. Craig Rollins and Larry Yen led the Clark Wilson deal team.
