Andrea’s practice includes acting for private and public sector employers in defence of wrongful dismissal and related tort claims; disability benefits litigation; human rights complaints; privacy complaints; injunctions; class actions; employment standards complaints; labour board hearings; rights arbitration and workers compensation; and health and safety matters. Andrea is called to the Bars of Ontario (1994), British Columbia (2008) and Northwest Territories (2011) and has a Mediation Certificate from the University of California (2002).
