On April 10, Anna Sekunova presented a session called “The Art of a Builders Lien” for the Construction Specifications Canada (CSC) – Vancouver Chapter. In it, Anna discussed the duties of the consultants in relation to the Builders Lien Act. The event was very well-received and was attended by architects, spec writers, consultants and other professionals in the construction industry.
