Join Braeden and the CLEBC team for a full-day conference on three aspects of wills and estates: estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation. Paralegals and legal support staff will be exposed to complex issues of estate planning, such as corporate asset planning and looking at inter vivos and testamentary trusts. The ever-popular topic on passing of accounts will also be explained in detail. There will also be selected topics in advanced probate and estate administration. Finally, the program will delve into the world of estate litigation, with chosen matters to be discussed.
