Clark Wilson LLP is pleased to welcome Carmen Tham to the firm as an associate. She will be working with both the Insurance and the Infrastructure, Construction & Procurement Groups. Carmen’s practice includes representing construction clients on all construction related issues. For the Insurance Group, she will be representing insurers and insureds on coverage and recovery assignments, as well as defence of liability claims. Carmen has particular expertise in the defence of claims against architects and engineers in the context of professional negligence and construction defect claims. She was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2004.
