With a view to delivering legal services with greater efficiency, a number of the firm’s practice leaders have completed a workshop and extensive follow up sessions with one of the legal industry’s pioneers in the rapidly emerging area of Legal Project Management, James Hassett. At the firm’s retreat earlier this month, this pilot group reported to the firm’s lawyers and students as we begin to implement these valuable techniques and disciplines across all practice areas.
