We are pleased to welcome Mudit Jain to Clark Wilson LLP’s Tax group.

Mudit advises individuals, corporations, and trusts with tax matters arising in estate planning, corporate reorganizations, and trust structuring, including succession and post-mortem tax planning , intergenerational wealth transfers and tax planning for disabled individuals. He represents clients in tax disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency, including audits, voluntary disclosures, and objections. He also assists clients with appeals to the Tax Court of Canada.
