On April 17, 2013, David Austin presented at the 5th Annual International Small Hydro Conference on the topic of environmental regulatory compliance for small (run-of-river) hydro projects. As a world leader in small hydro power consumption, Canada was nominated by Arena International as the ideal location to continue their conference series.
