On Thursday, December 6, Heather Hettiarachchi and Pratibha Sharma of our Labour & Employment Group hosted the first in a series of breakfast seminars for business owners and HR professionals. The seminar focused on the legal considerations for bringing key employees into Canada and structuring severance packages, with new topics scheduled for early Spring 2013.
