Marion Allan is speaking today at a Continuing Legal Education of BC event called “Introducing Evidence at Trial”. Speaking on the “Similar Fact Evidence” panel, Marion will discuss not only what constitutes similar fact evidence but also obtaining its discovery, testing for admissibility and presenting it at trial. This event is taking place today at the Pan Pacific Hotel.
