My summer articles with the exceptional team at Clark Wilson have been full of personal and professional growth. The diverse range of learning opportunities I have undertaken includes assisting with the preparation of a due diligence report in advance of a transaction agreement negotiation, writing various research memoranda, assisting with a response to a petition for judicial review, drafting bulletin updates, attending chambers for a commercial litigation matter, and filing documents in court. These experiences have broadened my understanding of legal practice and reaffirmed my enthusiasm to join the profession. The prospect of returning to Clark Wilson to further strengthen my knowledge, develop my skills, and receive invaluable mentorship is truly exciting. I am deeply grateful to have embarked on my legal career with Clark Wilson.
