After 31 years of experience in the legal industry, Queeny has found that punctuality and accuracy are often prime contributors to the success of a real estate project. With this in mind, Queeny incorporates both components into her service as she works alongside our lawyers to help our clients complete their real estate projects as smoothly as possible.

Queeny regularly assists developers with a range of services. She has helped complete over 50 development projects during her career and is particularly experienced in project conveyancing. On every project she’s involved in, Queeny takes the initiative, thoroughly fact-checks documents and maintains diligent correspondence with every party involved to ensure an efficient and successful outcome.

Queeny began her career as a general practice legal assistant, working on real estate, wills and estates and corporate records matters. While this broader focus provided Queeny with a rounded experience, real estate projects are her true passion and she subsequently transitioned to a real estate paralegal role. Queeny particularly enjoys working in this area because of the opportunity to indirectly help with housing in British Columbia.
