As the Director of People and Culture, Raj oversees our human resource functions. At Clark Wilson we believe that having great people and great culture is the foundation of our success in retaining a winning team.

Raj has spent his entire career in HR and joined the firm with over 20 years of progressive experience. He has worked in various industries in that time, including finance, insurance, not-for-profits, and legal. Raj’s diverse experience equips him with a keen understanding of how to nurture an inclusive workplace where everyone can be their best and feel they belong.

Raj collaborates with the firm’s leaders to enhance the day-to-day experience of our professionals, promote continuous learning and development opportunities, and ensure our core values are reflected in every facet of the firm. Raj and his team also oversee initiatives related to recruitment, employee retention and engagement, performance management, and compensation and benefits.

Raj’s passion for helping people and caring approach make him a natural fit for the Director of People and Culture position. He enjoys interacting with and supporting every department of our firm while encouraging his colleagues to bring a little fun to their work whenever possible.
