I had a very fulfilling experience as a summer student at Clark Wilson. I had the opportunity to work directly with many different lawyers at Clark Wilson, ranging from partners with decades of experience to newly called associates. Every person I worked with was eager to give guidance and answer any questions I had. At the same time, I felt like my input was valued by the lawyers at Clark Wilson and they would thoughtfully consider any suggestions or viewpoints I had. The rotation system was a great way get exposure to a wide range of practice areas while still having the autonomy to seek out work in areas that I was particularly interested in.

The summer was also filled with lots of fun, such as attending the Clark Wilson retreat in Whistler and experiencing summer articles with such a fun and supportive cohort of fellow summer students. I had a great time during my summer at Clark Wilson and am excited that I’ll be returning in the future.
