Please join us in congratulating Estates & TrustsElder Law, and Estates & Trusts Opinions and Appeals partner Polly Storey on her appointment to the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia’s Board of Directors.

The Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia is an independent non-profit organization that delivers the most reliable and practical BC-specific legal education and information direct from leading legal community members. Since its incorporation in 1976, the Society has become the most respected and most often relied upon source of continuing professional education for lawyers and their support staff across our province.

The Society’s mandate is to meet the legal profession’s present and future educational needs across British Columbia with the goal of developing ongoing long-term relationships with every lawyer in the province. It relies heavily on volunteer contributors from the legal community, who write the publications, present at courses, and act as members of editorial boards for publications. General operations are funded from the sales of products and services.

The Continuing Legal Education Society of BC is governed by a Board of Directors appointed by the Law Society of BC, Canadian Bar Association BC Branch, University of British Columbia, University of Victoria, and Thompson Rivers University.

Polly’s appointment was put forward by the Law Society of British Columbia.

Congratulations Polly!
