On November 21 and 22, Richard Weiland will be one of a select group of lawyers delivering a two-day course at the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC’s program, WESA and the New Rules. In this course, Richard will cover the changes in the new Wills, Estates & Succession Act (WESA) and the new Probate Rules coming into force on March 31, 2014 and provide guidance on how to advise clients regarding the new legislation.
