Sarah Jones presented at the Continuing Legal Education of BC Real Estate Fundamentals for Lawyers session, which took place on June 17 & 18 at the Pan Pacific Hotel. Sarah presented on the subject of the Real Estate Development Marketing Act, and her presentation included a discussion of Bill 17 – the recent changes to REDMA.
