Stewart Muglich and Craig Rollins acted as counsel to Avino Silver and Gold Mines Ltd. in connection with listing Avino’s shares on the New York Stock Exchange AMEX. Avino’s shares began trading on the NYSE AMEX on August 2, 2011 under the symbol “ASM”. This is the second NYSE listing in the past six months for Stewart and Craig. In December they acted as counsel for First Majestic Silver Corp. in connection with its listing on the New York Stock Exchange.
