On June 12, 2012, Stewart Muglich will be speaking at "Doing Business in Foreign Jurisdictions", a seminar jointly-hosted by the BC Securities Commissions and Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC. He will be discussing risk exposures for foreign private issuers doing business in the U.S., particularly in relation to Dodd-Frank and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Acts.
