Valerie and Richard will be joined by Scott Dalton, CEO of ERAssure, to discuss the changing legal landscape for executors in wills and estates matters. The seminar will review leading common law and statutory liabilities for executors, and discuss some useful tools and best practices for reducing executor and personal liability.
