Cam McTavish is a partner of the firm and a member of the Corporate Finance & Securities, Mining and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups.

Cam's practice focuses on corporate finance, securities and transactional matters with a particular emphasis on the mining and renewable energy sectors. With respect to corporate finance and securities matters, he advises public and private companies on public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, arrangements, reverse-take-overs, spin-offs, financings and exchange listings. On the mining and renewable energy side, Cam advises clients on mining rights, stakeholder and access disputes and permitting issues. On the transactional side, Cam routinely advises with respect to option and acquisition agreements, joint venture and co-development agreements, earn-in agreements and title opinions.

Cam received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Victoria in 1998 and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia in 2003. He was called to the Bar of British Columbia in April 2004.
