Corinne Molloy*

Associate Counsel

Cori approaches family law with a strong sense of resolve and care, recognizing that at its core, every case involves a family’s intricate dynamics and will impact every aspect of their lives.

With a calm and open demeanour, clients quickly feel comfortable discussing their matters candidly and honestly with Cori. They appreciate her ability to listen without judgment and truly feel heard while helping them forward to their next chapter.

Raised by a lawyer-negotiator and a social worker, paired with her personal divorce experience, Cori offers holistic and practical advice to families in transition. She understands that resolving family law matters isn’t just about avoiding courtroom battles. It’s ensuring that clients are set up for success now and in the future.

By leveraging our Family Law group’s extensive network, Cori supports clients by connecting them with professionals such as financial planners and parenting coaches to assist with these changes.

Originally from the Canadian prairies, Cori began her career working alongside an accomplished family lawyer, now a judge in the Family Law Division of Saskatchewan’s Court of Queen’s Bench. Additionally, Cori completed a court clerkship in Saskatoon, where she gained invaluable experience in getting a “behind the bench” view of judges’ decision-making processes.

With previous experience practicing corporate and commercial law and as a business owner, Cori offers a well-rounded perspective to her work at Clark Wilson. She can add particular value to clients whose assets include property or business interests.
