First Majestic Silver’s acquisition of Silvermex Resources is ranked in the top 25 on Business in Vancouver‘s list of the “Biggest mergers and acquisitions of 2012”. The $137 million transaction was also recognized by Finance Monthly as part of their “2012 Deal Maker of the Year” awards.
