In the article, Veronica discusses the Civil Resolution Tribunal, which is designed to settle small-scale disputes and keep costs down, and also the challenges for strata council volunteers with little legal experience being forced to represent the strata corporation at a hearing without a lawyer. The National is published by the Canadian Bar Association.
