Another success for our Strata team! In a case led by Pat Williams, we won in the Supreme Court of BC on a strata dispute related to a special levy for maintenance and repair. Respondents argued that the levy was unnecessary; however, the judge found in our favour that the strata council “acted in a bona fide manner in difficult circumstances.” Congrats to Pat and the team.
