On Oct 28, 2010, Pat Williams received a Court of Appeal decision in the case of Azura Management (Kelowna) Corp. v. The Owners, Strata Plan KAS 2428, 2010 BCCA 474. Pat represented Azura Management (Kelowna) Corp. and was successful in his appeal and defence of the cross appeal.
