On November 23, 2011, Brock Smith of our Technology group was in Kamloops to present on the Anatomy of an M&A Deal. The presentation was held at the Kamloops Innovation Centre (KIC), a technology incubator that provides assistance, mentorship and seed funding to tech start-ups in the Kamloops area. Brock’s presentation covered important considerations when negotiating mergers and acquisitions.
