Associate – Technology Transactions

Our Technology Transactions Practice Group is looking for an associate who is enthusiastic about technology and IT/IP and who is exceptionally service-oriented, proactive and a team player, with the following qualifications:
- 1-4 year call;
- Business lawyer;
- Private company corporate trained;
- Contract drafting trained;
- Open to technology and technology business oriented document drafting (online policies etc.);
- Interested in being part of business development efforts; and
- Enthusiastic about the opportunity to help build CW’s Technology Transactions Practice Group!
