Our Technology Transactions Practice Group is looking for an associate who is enthusiastic about technology and IT/IP and who is exceptionally service-oriented, proactive and a team player, with the following qualifications:

• 1-4 year call;
• Business lawyer;
• Private company corporate trained;
• Contract drafting trained;
• Open to technology and technology business oriented document drafting (online policies etc.);
• Interested in being part of business development efforts; and
• Enthusiastic about the opportunity to help build CW’s Technology Transactions Practice Group!
