First Majestic’s shares began trading on the NYSE on December 15, 2010 under the symbol “AG”. Concurrent with the listing on the NYSE, Clark Wilson LLP also assisted First Majestic with filing a registration statement on Form 40-F with the SEC. Clark Wilson LLP will continue to assist First Majestic with its US filings.
