During the recent Annual Canadian Association of Gift Planners National Conference, Amy Mortimore, who was also on the Host Committee responsible for organizing the conference, presented on the subject of “Changes for Charities and Gift Planning under BC Estate Law: What charities need to know about the Wills, Estates and Succession Act“. The Wealth Preservation Group also recently prepared a summary of key changes under WESA.
