On November 30, Clark Wilson will partner with the Canadian Listed Companies Association, Manning Elliott, Canadian National Stock Exchange (CNSX) and Valiant Trust to host a seminar on the Advantages of Cross-Listing on CNSX for U.S. Public Companies at the Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver. The seminar is intended to be an overview of the legal and accounting requirements for US public companies considering cross-listing on a Canadian stock exchange.
