Clark Wilson client First Growth Holdings Ltd. (FGH) opened the market on January 8 for the TSX. The opening was attended by Larry Yen and Craig Rollins of our Corporate Finance & Securities Group. First Growth Holdings Ltd. is a parent company of WineOnline, which sells wine in Ontario and Alberta through the web. Trading commenced on TSX Venture Exchange on November 25, 2013. Both Larry and Craig acted as counsel to First Growth Holdings Ltd.
