Anna is an experienced commercial litigator who has provided practical and candid advice to clients for nearly 20 years.
Anna has extensive experience in resolving disputes involving real property and commercial leases, shareholder rights and remedies, partnership disputes, and corporate governance disputes. Anna also assists clients with enforcement and collection of judgments of all types, originating both in BC and outside Canada. Anna works with a varied clientele, ranging from private and public companies in various industries, to individual entrepreneurs, to institutional clients. She has a particular interest in real estate litigation and has expertise in resolving the multitude of issues that arise in the relationships involving developers, buyers and sellers, and landlords and tenants.

- Successfully defended a commercial party in a shareholders’ dispute, including successfully opposing an injunction application (Canada Snow Mountain Investments Co. Ltd. v Miller Springs Ltd., 2015 BCSC 1117)
Private parties
- Co-counsel in a successful share valuation action brought by dissenting shareholders against a company (Robinson v. Realm Energy International Corporation, 2015 BCSC 1437)
Strata corporation
- Successfully defended a strata corporation in a lengthy five-week trial involving allegations of negligence and breaches of statutory duties, resulting in a complete dismissal of the plaintiffs’ claim against our client (Kayne v. The Owners, Strata Plan LMS 2374, 2013 BCSC 51)
