Having appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia, Dan is also equipped to advance his clients’ interests and claims through litigation when necessary.
As part of his practice Dan routinely advises and assists his clients on construction matters, including builders lien matters, defect and negligence claims, and delay claims. Dan appreciates the importance of reputation and relationships in business. With this in mind, Dan considers the long-term impact on his clients’ business when he approaches disputes and potential resolutions.
Dan has been an active member of the Canadian Bar Association of BC during his career, and he currently serves on the organization’s board of directors as the Young Lawyers Representative for British Columbia. In his various roles with CBABC, Dan routinely gives presentations to students at British Columbia’s law schools on achieving success in the early stages of their careers.
