Erin recognizes the effect separation and divorce can have on all family members and how deeply personal family law cases are to all those involved. Often, clients are dealing with a dramatic readjustment of their entire life, which can be challenging and emotional to navigate.

By listening to clients’ needs and concerns, Erin helps to support them along the emotional roller-coaster that often is involved in a family law case. Under the guidance of our family lawyers, she uses her compassion and empathy to help clients navigate their family law cases at what is often the most challenging time in their lives. As a family law paralegal, Erin helps guide clients through the division of their personal assets and their homes, organizing their time with their children and their pets, and all other aspects that come with separation and divorce.

Erin assists with all manner of family law files by preparing pleadings, interim applications, affidavits, financial statements, and correspondence, collecting and organizing client documents and arranging expert reports. Erin works primarily on matters before the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal. This experience, paired with her depth of knowledge of court processes, means that she can guide clients through the system efficiently and effectively and explain the process to them from beginning to end.
