Stephanie Vo

Designated Paralegal

Stephanie understands strata corporations and their communities. When owners also live and work in those communities, the issues can affect them on a personal level. Stephanie works closely with strata managers, council members, and owners to navigate the problems and resolve their disputes. Stephanie enjoys the opportunity to help strata corporations with matters that impact the daily lives of the people who live and work in the strata communities.

As a Designated Paralegal and Commissioner for Taking Affidavits in British Columbia, Stephanie can provide strata corporations with cost-effective legal help to guide strata councils and managers in the Civil Resolution Tribunal. She has been helping strata corporations with Civil Resolution Tribunal disputes since it assumed jurisdiction over strata property claims in 2016. She knows its procedures and practices.

Stephanie also brings extensive experience in litigation, including construction and strata property. In addition to Civil Resolution Tribunal Disputes, her strong analytical and organizational skills lend themselves well to our strata corporation clients needing help with Small Claims matters, Supreme Court actions, forced sale proceedings, and wind-ups.
