Bernard Pinsky, chair of our Corporate Finance & Securities Group, provides his views on the complex securities laws in Canada in the October 15, 2010 issue of The Lawyers Weekly. In his article titled “Canada is too small to have such a big variety of securities laws” Bernard comments that although there is already a harmonized system in place, new securities rules are not always consistent across the country.
