Stewart Muglich and Victor Dudas of our Corporate Finance & Securities Group handled the debt facility between Merus and PDL BioPharma Inc., a company that supports the healthcare industry with creative financing solutions, assisted by Amaan Gangji and Kevin MacDonald. The transaction involved counsel from Toronto, New York, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
