On April 10, 2025, Clark Wilson LLP hosted a sold-out seminar, How to Buy or Sell a Business, at our downtown Vancouver office. Led by M&A partners David Ford CEPA, FEA and Pratibha Sharma, the half-day session offered business owners and buyers in the $5M–$50M+ revenue range practical strategies for navigating the complexities of succession, sale, and acquisition. 

This event marked the first in a new series under David and Pratibha’s leadership, building on the strong foundation established by longtime advisor Don Sihota K.C.. The updated format reflects a renewed strategic focus on long-term engagement and confidential advisory support for owners preparing for future transitions.
