We are pleased to welcome our new associate Sean M. Kelly to our Estates & Trusts Opinions and Appeals group.

Sean helps clients navigate complex legal challenges by preparing strategic appellate submissions and legal opinions that guide litigation and business decision-making across estates, trusts, construction litigation, and commercial matters.

Sean’s services include all aspects of the litigation process in both the civil courts and arbitrations; the enforcement of trial judgments and awards, including from foreign jurisdictions; negotiation and settlement agreement drafting; mediations; management of high-volume document production and review; and contract analysis and drafting. Fluent in English and French, he also contributes to bilingual and cross-border matters.
