On November 3, 2011, Mark Longo and Brock Smith of our Technology group presented on the Anatomy of an M&A Deal at the British Columbia Technology Industry Association (BCTIA) Centre 4 Growth. Mark and Brock were joined by Lee Davis, Managing Director of PwC, and discussed the do’s and don’ts of mergers and acquisitions deals, and how to avoid pitfalls along the way.
