On June 22, 2011, Pat Williams presented on “Property allocation and legal structure of strata corporations in relation to contingency reserve fund studies”, which covered changes to the Strata Property Act and the effect it will have on strata corporations. The event was hosted by the British Columbia Building Envelope Council.
